GUESTS OF THE SPA

We welcome both hotel and non-hotel guests, 18 years of age or older, to enjoy our Spa facilities.

ARRIVAL

At the Spa at Wynn, we provide separate women's and men's facilities with Whirlpool, sauna, steam and showers. We suggest you check in for your treatment at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to enjoy these facilities. If you are delayed, please be reminded that you will not receive an extension of your scheduled treatment as a courtesy to the next guest.

Or if you wish to try the Spa at Encore, each one of our luxurious Spa suites features its own steam room, shower, sauna, hydrotherapy bath, lounge area and exclusive amenities. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time, and your therapist will lead you directly to your private oasis. 

RESERVATIONS

Please call the Spa at (853) 8986 3228 or email us at thespa@wynnmacau.com. Advance reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and time. For non-Hotel guests, credit card details will be required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask you to notify the Spa, six hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% charge of the treatment fee. For group bookings, 48-hour notice is required and for no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged. 

COMFORT AND ATTIRE

Ensuring your comfort throughout your Spa experience is important to us. You will be discreetly draped at all times. Disposable underwear, robes and slippers are available. Should you wish to adjust the room temperature, music volume or pressure of your treatment, please inform your therapist at any time. 

SPA ETIQUETTE

The Spa is a place of serenity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet environment and privacy of other guests. Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted for use within the Spa.

HEALTH MATTERS

Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatment at the time of booking your appointment. Heat and Water facilities are not recommended for pregnant woman.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for any treatment or denomination. They make the perfect gift for any occasion.

SPA TOURS

To protect the privacy of our Spa guests, it is our policy not to guide visitors through the facility when in use.

FACILITY FEE

For guests who have a scheduled Spa treatment at the Spa at Wynn, the use of our facilities is complimentary. Our Spa at Wynn facilities, inclusive of locker area, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and relaxation lounge are available exclusively for our hotel guests. An access fee of MOP320* will be charged for use of the facilities only.
