Chef Chan Tak Kwong, at the helm of our two Michelin star Wing Lei restaurant, serves innovative culinary dishes under the sparkling eyes of Wing Lei's iconic crystal flying dragon.
Set in a strikingly contemporary yet distinctly Chinese-style decor, guests are invited to savor classic Cantonese cuisine featuring signature and seasonal menus. For dim sum connoisseurs, an array of of beautifully hand-made dishes prepared by our master chefs is served daily for lunch.
In the evenings, we recommend our signature menu with wine pairing. Our seasoned sommelier will select just the right wine to accompany each dish to ensure your fine dining experience is full of sumptuous flavors and complementary tastes.
Wing Lei also features five private dining rooms, equipped with flat screen TVs and private washroom facilities.
Dress is casual elegant. No short pants, sleeveless shirts, open-toe shoes and caps.
Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) and 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Sundays and public holidays).
Dinner is served nightly from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
