Air
Visitors can fly directly into Macau or to the Hong Kong International Airport. The Macau International Airport is a terminal for international air traffic and offers regular flights between Macau and major cities in mainland China, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
In addition, frequent helicopter services are operated by Sky Shuttle and are available between Macau and Hong Kong. Each flight takes approximately 20 minutes.
Helicopter service is also available between the Macau Ferry Terminal and Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, PRC.
Sea
FROM HONG KONG
The journey between Hong Kong and Macau takes between 55 to 70 minutes with ferries running at frequent intervals. Guests can choose to disembark in Macau at the Macau Ferry Terminal or Taipa Ferry Terminal and in Hong Kong at the Terminal in Sheung Wan or Tsim Sha Tsui.
FROM HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
A direct ferry service to Macau is available for international travelers arriving at or departing from the Hong Kong International Airport. Travelers who arrive in Hong Kong by air can board a direct ferry to Macau through a special transfer terminal within the airport without going through Hong Kong Immigration; and again, on the return trip back to Hong Kong International Airport.
FROM SHENZHEN / ZHUHAI
A ferry journey from Shenzhen or Shekou to the Macau Ferry Terminal or Macau Yue Tung Pier takes 60 to 80 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes from Wanzai in Zhuhai to Macau Yue Tung Pier.
Land
Visitors traveling by land from mainland China can enter Macau at the historic Border Gate of Macau. Located at the northern point of the peninsula where Macau links with the Mainland, this Gate marks the border between this former colony of Portugal and China. Additionally, visitors can travel by the Lotus Bridge which links Cotai and Hengqin Island in Zhuhai.
